Enquiries are not open yet

Moving WA is not taking enquiries and is not passing anyone’s details to removalists. There is no form anywhere on this site that collects a name, a phone number or an email address - not a hidden one, not a disabled one. It has not been built.

Why it is not open

Taking someone’s contact details in order to pass them to a business that will ring them is regulated, and getting the consent wording right is not something to improvise. The wording, what it covers, how long the record is kept and how it can be withdrawn are with a lawyer before any of it is built. The route pages and the quote checker did not need to wait for that, so they did not.

What it will look like

When it opens, an enquiry will go to one removalist, not to five. The consent you give will be recorded as its own permanent record - the exact wording you were shown, when, and which contact methods you agreed to - and that record cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, including by us. Details are kept for two years and then de-identified; the consent record itself is kept for seven years, because that is the record that proves what you were actually asked.
